The weather turned out just fine and our field ended up at 27 for a fun filled day and a new winner in Gary Yardley after many attempts! the dodgy handicaps of the top scorers at 46,45and 44 will be sorted by next year!

The 2008 Classic champ manages to add the Cullen Skink to his collection of major victories. Winning 3 of the 4 rounds, a fully deserved victory – he’ll be looking to make it back to back majors at this year’s Classic.
Congratulations DC, a fine looking young fella and baby Charlie looks pretty good too. On a separate note, some did raise eyebrows when Copus said he was going to be trying out extra stiff shafts but clearly results show he’s had a modicum of sucess.
The Doc manages a two on the 554 yard par 5, 9th at Ogbourne Downs. A decent drive that ran off the fairway under a tree, then a 6 Iron from about 185yards for the albatross.
